These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nr999. By registering an account or using any service on nr999.vip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out below. Please read carefully before proceeding.
nr999 is strictly an adult platform. All players must be 21 years of age or older to register and play.
Each player may hold only one active nr999 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered as specified before withdrawal eligibility.
Identity verification via CNIC is required before any withdrawal is processed. nr999 follows international AML standards.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any paid service on the Platform. nr999 strictly enforces this requirement. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the original payment source. Providing false age information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is directed at adult players accessing from jurisdictions where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. nr999 does not make representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
2.3 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. Any information found to be false or misleading may result in immediate account suspension without notice.
2.4 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or by any other means — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. nr999 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify nr999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.1 Personal Use Only. Your nr999 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account, place bets on your behalf, or otherwise operate your account. Accounts suspected of being operated by third parties or commercially operated betting syndicates will be suspended pending investigation.
3.2 Account Verification. nr999 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, a copy of your CNIC, proof of address (such as a utility bill dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal restrictions.
3.3 Accurate Contact Information. You are responsible for ensuring your registered mobile number and email address remain accurate and accessible. nr999 communicates important account and security information via these channels. nr999 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to receive communications due to outdated contact details.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as inactive. nr999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rs. 200 to inactive account balances after providing thirty (30) days' written notice. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be closed permanently.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. nr999 currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). nr999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment account used must be registered in the same name as the nr999 account.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 500 per transaction. nr999 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice provided via the Platform.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your nr999 wallet within 30 seconds. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to 2 hours during normal business hours. nr999 is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers or banking infrastructure outside our control.
4.4 Deposit Limits. nr999 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on any account, either as part of responsible gaming controls or for risk management purposes. Players may also voluntarily set their own deposit limits via the account dashboard at any time.
4.5 Declined Deposits. In the event that a deposit is declined or reversed by the payment provider after funds have been credited to your nr999 wallet, nr999 reserves the right to debit the equivalent amount from your wallet balance. If the wallet balance is insufficient, any resulting negative balance must be settled before further use of the Platform is permitted.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are only permitted to players who have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but are not eligible to withdraw funds until a valid CNIC and supporting documentation have been reviewed and approved by the nr999 compliance team.
5.2 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account. nr999 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment accounts not registered in the player's own name.
5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs. 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.4 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa during operational hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are processed within 1–3 business hours. nr999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large withdrawals, which may extend processing time by up to 24 hours. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review.
5.5 Bonus Fund Withdrawals. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are only eligible for withdrawal once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds.
5.6 Withdrawal Limits. nr999 may impose daily or weekly withdrawal limits for operational and security reasons. These limits are communicated within the account dashboard. Players with verified accounts and positive account standing may request a limit review by contacting player support.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by nr999 are subject to these general bonus terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x depending on the promotion type.
6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per eligible player. A player is defined as eligible only if they have not previously held an account on the Platform. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second or duplicate account constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. nr999 reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using automated software to exploit bonus offers; hedging bets across accounts to guarantee profit regardless of outcome; and structured low-risk wagering designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
6.5 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds expire within the time period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated pending winnings are automatically removed from the account balance without further notice.
6.6 nr999's Discretion. nr999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an affected promotion will not be subject to retrospective changes to the terms under which the bonus was originally awarded.
7.1 General Rules. All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are displayed within each game interface and within the sports betting section. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with applicable rules before placing any wager.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. nr999 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. This right applies to both casino game wagers and sports betting markets.
7.3 Errors and Technical Faults. In the event of a technical fault, software error, or display error that results in an incorrect game outcome or odds being displayed, nr999 reserves the right to void any affected bets. 7.4 Sports Betting — Match Integrity. nr999 is committed to the integrity of sport. Any bet placed on a market that is subsequently found to have been subject to match fixing, spot fixing, or any other form of corruption may be voided at nr999's discretion, regardless of the officially declared result.
7.5 Cricket Betting. PSL and international cricket markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). Shortened matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results, and abandoned fixtures are settled in accordance with nr999's cricket betting rules published in the sports betting section.
7.6 Live / In-Play Betting. Live betting markets are subject to suspension and/or removal at any time. Bets already accepted before a market suspension are honoured. In-play odds reflect real-time market conditions and nr999 does not guarantee that any specific odds will remain available for any duration.

11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nr999 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the accuracy of odds, game outcomes, or any other information displayed.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nr999's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 nr999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform, even if nr999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.4 nr999 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device failures, or any other technical failure on the player's side that results in an interrupted gaming or betting session.
12.1 nr999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law.
12.2 Upon termination for cause, nr999 may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If investigation confirms a breach, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.
12.3 Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting nr999 support. Any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC compliance. Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal upon voluntary account closure unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
13.1 nr999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
13.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact support to close your account.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nr999 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
14.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body.
14.3 Nothing in this clause limits nr999's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court in respect of any breach or threatened breach of these Terms by a player.
